Critical Home Repair for
Low-Income Homeowners

Keep your home and neighborhood in good repair.

Critical Home Repair is a new Habitat program. It is intended to help keep neighborhoods and homes in good repair. Habitat OC has begun offering home repair services and is gearing up to do more soon.

Many Hands = Small Work = Big Difference

Critical Home Repair helps low-income homeowners who are affected by age, disability or family circumstances and who struggle to maintain the integrity of their home.

Revitalizing Neighborhoods

Habitat wishes to serve more families by adopting an approach that addresses home ownership as a whole. To achieve this goal, Habitat OC is partnering with neighborhoods and expanding housing products it offers.

Specifics of the program, on a local level, are being established.
