Estimator
The Estimator plays a vital role in Habitat OC’s Home Preservation Program by assessing repair needs for low-income homeowners and developing accurate project estimates. This full-time, one-year temporary position focuses on creating detailed scopes of work that balance homeowner needs with program guidelines and funding requirements.
The Estimator works directly with homeowners to understand concerns, safety and code issues, and translate them into clear project scopes. The Estimator will also solicit and evaluate contractor bids, and transition approved projects to the Project Management team for execution. Candidates with experience in residential estimating, home inspection, or insurance adjusting will be well-suited for this role.
Compensation
Habitat OC offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience.

Santa Ana ReStore Sales Associate
As a ReStore Sales Associate for our Santa Ana location on Ritchey Street, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, providing product and project knowledge, and creating a memorable and engaging interaction with customers. You will play a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to exceed their expectations to establish ReStore as the number one source for all home repair and DIY projects. Sales Associates are also responsible for achieving personal and store sales goals.

Multiple positions available at the Santa Ana ReStore that are responsible for a variety of duties for the purpose of creating and maintaining an extraordinary shopper experience in the Habitat for Humanity ReStores. Duties include operating the cash register, pricing and displaying merchandise, assisting customers, loading purchases, leading volunteers and maintaining a safe and clean environment. They are full-time positions with benefits.
