The momentum is growing at our West Washington development in Santa Ana. After months of preparation, coordination, and patience, our building permit was officially approved on September 30. With that green light, our crews and volunteers have been hard at work bringing these future homes to life.
Since the permit was issued, dozens of volunteer teams from local companies and community partners have stepped onto the build site, raising walls, setting frames, and moving construction forward one day at a time. Every group has added something meaningful to the progress you see today.
Raising Walls With Our Leaders Build Partners
Earlier this year, teams across Orange County joined us at our 2025 Leaders Build Challenge to frame walls destined for the West Washington site. On November 12, several of those partners returned to help lift the very walls they built months ago. It was a full-circle moment that showcased what happens when commitment becomes action.
